Brewer’s Description
The original farmhouse breweries would use whatever fresh ingredients they had around them and in keeping with this we’ve added fresh lemongrass to this Saison.
Yeast spices and lemongrass dominate the aroma whilst the traditional amber colour and slight sweetness coming from the Crystal malt is balanced by the rounded hop bitterness.
A crisp, zesty Saison of exceptional character.
- Malt: Pale, Crystal, Vienna and Wheat
- Hops: Northern Brewer, Crystal and Mittelfruh
- Yeast: House Strain

Tasting Notes
Look – Amber golden, slight haze, large white billowy head. High carbonation visible.
Aroma -Pear drops, hint of banana, some citrus.
Taste – Pear drops, hint of banana, some spice.
Feel – High carbonation (champagne like) crisp, lightish body.
Finish -Med bitterness, dry.
