East India Pale – Freedom

India Pale Lager – 5.5% – Bottle

Brewer’s Description

Freedom East India Pale Ale is inspired by the iconic IPA.

Hops: Centennial, Cascade and Chinook

Tasting notes from our Brew Master, Jonathan Smith. “Grapefruit and pine-needle bitterness balanced with a full hop body. Heavily hopped, full of character, and surprisingly drinkable.”

Tasting Notes

A bit on the malty side to consider it an IPA style lager in my opinion, still nice though.

Look – Golden amber, clear, off white head.

Aroma – Toffee, apricot, floral.

Taste – Sweet toffee, apricot.

Feel – Light-med body. Well carbonated.

Finish – Medium bitterness and sweet.
