American Pale Ale – 3.1% – Bottle
At 3.1% this is definitely a session American Pale.
No description available as the table beer changes from batch to batch, there were ingredients listed which I’ve included below.
The mash has an addition of oats which is probably where the slight haze comes from. The hops are Citra and Centennial.
Overall a very drinkable beer, very easy drinking.
Look – Slightly hazy straw, barely existent white head.
Aroma – Grapefruit and light malty sweetness.
Taste – Initial malt sweetness then citrus.
Feel – Light body, smooth.
Finish – Light-medium bitterness and dryness.
