IPL Centennial – India Pale Lager – 6.2% – Bottle
Combining the thirst quenching drinkability of a premium lager with the hoppiness of our IPA, this India Pale Lager features Centennial.
Mashed using Pilsener Malt. Bittering hops are Motueka with aroma coming from Centennial, Motueka, Since, Amarillo and Citra. Yeast is W34/70.
This is a bloody great lager, well balanced and refreshing. Exactly what a lager should be. It’s a India Pale Ale style lager, lovely.
Look – Hazy golden.
Aroma – Pineapple and orange.
Taste – Slight caramel/biscuit, pineapple and orange.
Feel – Crisp and medium bodied.
Finish – Light bitter and dry. Lingers.

Epic Lager – Premium Lager – 4.8% – Bottle
The first of four British hopped lagers, made with Crisp Maltings’ Europils malt.
Mashed using Europils and Light Munich. Bittering hops are Pilgrim with aroma coming from Epic. Yeast is W34/70.
Overall a very nice lager, not as good as the IPL in my opinion but I’d certainly have it again.
Look -Clear golden, white head.
Aroma – Biscuit and slight citrus.
Taste – Grain, biscuit, caramel and slight citrus.
Feel – Crisp and medium bodied. Refreshing.
Finish – Slightly dry.
