Mariana Trench, Attack of the Ryeclops - Weird Beard

Attack of the Ryeclops & Mariana Trench -Weird Beard

Attack of the Ryeclops – American Pale Ale – 6% – Bottle

Brewer’s Description

This beer was founded on our mutual love for rye, an original homebrew recipe & a silly but ingenious nickname. We then fabricated a silly story because…our beer, our label, our rules. You know what is also silly? Using 40% rye in the mash, but then again, we did just that because we wanted to. We’re suckers for the spiciness & big body you get with rye. So, we laughed off suggestions to keep it to a minimum & stuck out the brewday.

Chewy like the bones of a Ryeclops’ dinner, this Rye Pale Ale remains balanced by peppery Columbus, fruity Equinox & herbal Chinook.
