Berliner Weisse – 3.7% – Can
Mashed with barley and wheat malt. An addition of cherries is added to give the distinct colour, though I think it lacks the punch flavour and aroma wise.
Look – Slightly hazy, light red, thick pink head initially which does down a bit. Lacing hangs around.
Aroma – Slightly farmhouse, cherry and metallic (like coins).
Taste – Initial sweetness, slight cherry, sour, yogurty acidity.
Feel – Slightly creamy and smooth.
Finish – Sharp sourness.
