Proper Job – St Austell

India Pale Ale – 5.5% – Bottle

Winner of the Champion Bottle Beer at Champion Beer of Britain in 2011 and the Champion Premium Best Bitter at the SIBA National Beer Festival in 2014, among many more.

Mashed with Maris Otter Pale Malt. Hopped with Willamette, Cascade & Chinook.

More like a pale ale as I feel it’s more balanced and malty than an IPA, although it does have quite a dry & bitter finish. A bit bland.
